The drawing is mounted on cardboard. Handwritten caption on the back of the drawing reads: "Plate V - C." Folder for VC050018 includes a photocopy of the textbook page that includes the drawing with a corresponding caption that reads: "Another type of choked disck with exudate extending toward the macula, suggesting the picture seen in nephritis. This patient had a large temporal lobe cyst, traumatic in origin. It had been present for more than six months."
