Scope and content

This collection consists of 143 photographs, certificates, and artifacts primarily related to the old City Hospital #1. The majority of the photographs were originally bound into two albums and depict scenes from City Hospital #1 including buildings, equipment, staff, and patients undergoing treatment. This collection also includes two imperial Roman coins, a series of photographs of conjoined twin infants, and two certificates.

The photographs in the collection were originally bound in two albums that were disbound in 1991 for the preservation and identification of the contents.
