Early notes, 1919-1922.

The series is comprised of note cards and loose-leaf pages containing CFC's research note. The early periods of his research in Europe are represented, beginning with his summer at the Pharmacological Institute at Pozsony, now Bratislava; his laboratory work at Prague; his postdoctoral studies in Vienna; and his brief time at the Pharmacology Department of the University of Graz, before leaving for his position in Buffalo, New York.

Lectures, 1886-1893.

Extended notes and memoranda of lectures, forty in number, delivered in the annual courses on hygiene and forensic medicine, 1886-1893, including official correspondence of the Faculty concerning appointment to and resignation from the Chair.
