Series 7 is divided into three subseries, with subseries 1 containing files on Washington University, subseries 2 containing files from the BJC and Barnes-Jewish Hospital libraries, and subseries 3 containing files on the Barnes-Jewish Hospital auxiliaries.

Staff, 1986-2013.

Series 2 is divided into three subseries related to the employees of Barnes Hospital, Jewish Hospital, Barnes-Jewish Hospital, and BJC HealthCare. Subseries 1 contains various biographical materials for significant figures in Barnes Hospital, Jewish Hospital, Barnes-Jewish Hospital, and/or BJC HealthCare history. It includes materials from approximately the late 1800s to the early 2000s. Subseries 2 contains obituaries and requests for memorial plaques for deceased medical staff members of Barnes Hospital, Jewish Hospital, and/or Barnes-Jewish Hospital. Subseries 3 contains staff lists for Barnes Hospital, Jewish Hospital, Barnes-Jewish Hospital, and BJC HealthCare from a variety of sources and in a variety of formats.

Publications, 1989-2018.

Series 1 includes serial (magazines, reports) and informational (brochures, flyers) internal publications by BJC and Barnes-Jewish Hospital. It also includes external publications from outside sources concerning Barnes-Jewish Hospital and BJC, as well as two scrapbooks containing newspaper clippings related to both organizations.

Barnes-Jewish Hospital Board of Directors Materials, 1992-2007.

Series 4 includes the contents of 12 binders, which compose the first 12 subseries of the series. These binders contained the meeting minutes of the Barnes-Jewish Hospital Board of Directors meeting minutes for the years 1996-2007 (missing year 2006). The final two subseries include Board of Directors’ self-assessment materials for the years 2000-2004 and various Board of Directors correspondence from the years 1992-2005. The subseries are organized chronologically within the meeting minutes, with self-assessments and correspondence completing the series.
