1) One bound volume of congratulatory letters given to Dr. Becker on the occasion of his 25th anniversary as chair of the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences, April 27th, 1979.

2) Two 5x7 inch silver gelatin photographs of the staff of the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences, the first dated circa 1954, the second dated circa 1979.
3) One pamphlet for the occasion of the 25th anniversary including a list of contributors toward an endowment fund in honor of Bernard Becker, April 27th, 1979.

Kennell Archives on St. Louis Doctors for Peace is largely Kennell's correspondence on the participation of the St. Louis Doctors for Peace in the nationwide Moratorium to End the War in Vietnam held on October 15, 1969. It also contains press releases and press coverage, posters, buttons, bumper stickers, flyers and other documentation about later activities of the St. Louis Doctors for Peace.

Biography of Ernest St. John Simms (1917-1983), who joined the Washington University School of Medicine as a technician in the Department of Surgery in 1936. In 1953 he became a technical assistant in the Department of Microbiology. Simms became a key collaborator of the department's then head, Dr. Arthur Kornberg, and later collaborated with Dr. Herman Eisen. In 1968 Simms was promoted to research assistant professor, and in 1971 to research associate professor, a position he held until his death. Simms was also an active member of the Admissions Committee of the medical school for several years.
