The records in this collection are of a variety of types from various years entered into ledgers of various sizes together with seventeen miscellaneous files. They include a ledger containing the directions of attending physicians concerning the care of hospital patients, financial ledgers, a ledger recording the causes and treatments of injuries diagnosed in Dispensary patients, two annual reports, and a complete set of case records of a urology patient.

This collection has been microfilmed. Users of the microfilm should disregard the target on reel 2 which mistakenly identifies it as reel 5.

This collection includes a book by Edmund Hunter titled, "History of the Pharmacology Department, 1900-1980" which includes a new (2011) preface and addendum titled "The Musings of a Reluctant Retiree, 1980-1984" by Margaret A. Phillips. Also included in this collection is a centennial celebration announcement and invitation (October 2011); 2011 Zebrafish calendar; Zebrafish Facility dedication invitation (May 2011); a stainless steel coffee mug commemorating the centennial celebration. The collection also includes the program and video of the ceremony and lecture commemorating the installation of Lilianna Solnica-Krezel as the Alan A. and Edith L. Wolff Distinguished Professor of Developmental Biology on Monday, November 3, 2014. The video is 1 hour and 2 minutes in length and is recorded onto a DVD-R disc. A duplicate MP4 video file of the DVD recording has been made.
