Studio portrait of Sun Fo.

The photograph is inscribed to Paul H. Stevenson. Also included in the folder is a photocopy of a letter dated June 13, 1929 that reads: "My dear Dr. Stevenson: On behalf of my family I am writing you a few words to express our heart-felt thanks and lasting gratitude for all that you have done for us in connection with the State Burial of my late father and for the untiring efforts and kind attention which you have devoted to the care of his remains during the past four years in Peping. I feel that no mere words can adequately convey to you our thankful appreciation and that no reciprocal action on our part will ever be able to reapy for what we have been indebted to you. I hope you have not been disappointed at our lack of attention during your recent stay in the South and that you have not been inconvenienced in your own work while absent from your duties during the period of the State Funeral. With best regards to Mrs. Stevenson and yourself, I am, Very sincerely yours, Sun Fo."
