Includes three black and white (7 x 12 cm) phtotographs: one photo of the Reese school in Warrensburg, MO built in 1870 is afixed to inside cover; two loose photos are of the Cedar Hall and the corner of the Louisville Medical College. Also includes one broadsheet (31 x 44 cm) announcing the sale of Dr. A. W. Reese's farm.

The manuscript details the practice of Radiology in a number of St. Louis area hospitals, and includes biographical information about a number of St. Louis radiologists. A copy of the manuscript has been placed in his collection. A digital version is available as well.
This collection includes O'Connor's research for her history of the Washington University Department of Radiology (Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology). The bulk of the collection consists of biographical files she compiled on department employees as well as audio recordings and transcripts of interviews with current and former staff.
