This residence was situated on Locust street, north side, east of Beaumont street in small grove of trees. This property as well as I can remember extended along north side of Locust St. from Beaumont St. east about 400 ft. As a boy in the seventies, I and my companions often played there. I remember it very distinctly. Louis C. Boisliniere, Coronado Hotel."
